🔒 Everything stays in your browser — nothing is uploaded
Your answers from last time are back — nothing was lost.
Fill this in, then download one file and send it back to me (email or the link in your Etsy order).
Your photos and voice note never leave your device — the file is built on your own computer or phone.
Your answers are saved on this device as you type, so you can close the page and come back to this link.
1Your order
So I can match this to your purchase.
Please enter your Etsy order number (at least 8 digits).
Please tell me your name.
Please enter a valid email address.
The word or short phrase she types to open the card.
A private joke, a place, something the two of you always say.
One or two words is best — long enough to be a secret,
short enough that she'll actually get it.
Not case-sensitive, so she can type it however she likes.
Please choose a password.
She sees this line on the password screen, before she opens it.
It should point at the answer without giving it away — that moment is half the gift.
Please write a hint.
2Who it's for, and what it says
Three sentences go on the sheet. Two of them are already written — the only one you write is the middle one. That is what keeps the card reading like a letter instead of a template.
The letter opens Dear Cecelah, — just the name, no punctuation.
It also goes on the first photo, spelled out in cut-out letters: two words stack on two lines.
Please enter her name.
0 / 60
This is longer than the sheet can hold. Please trim it.
Already set on the sheet, and not editable:
Your sentence goes between them. The last one is printed in rose and set larger —
it is the line the whole card is built around, which is why it stays the same.
The letter closes always, Emma — just your name.
Please sign the letter.
3Photos
There are three frames on this card, and all three need a photo.
A frame with nothing in it does not stay quietly blank — it sits there as an empty window
with a line of type in it, and the whole card looks unfinished.
All three frames are wide — a little wider than tall (about 8:7).
A square or landscape photo fits almost exactly.
A tall phone photo gets cropped top and bottom — about a third of it,
so keep faces in the middle. Nothing is stretched or squashed either way.

4Voice message the heart of this card
This is the part that makes the card different — your voice plays on a little record
the recipient taps. Aim for 30 to 60 seconds. The limit is
85 seconds — recording stops by itself there, and longer files are too
big to send by email.

Tap the circle to start
Where do I find my recording?
iPhone: open Voice Memos → tap the recording → ••• → Share →
Save to Files. Then come back here and choose Browse → Files.
Android: open your recorder app → long-press the recording → Share →
Save to Files (or Downloads). Then choose it here.
Computer: it's wherever you saved it — usually Downloads or Desktop.
A voice note inside WeChat or WhatsApp can't be saved as a file. Please record a new one
in your phone's own recorder app — or just use Record it here above.
5Check and download
One last look before you build the file.
Fill in the required fields above to continue.
✓ Your order file is ready
It's saved on your device — check your Downloads folder.
On a phone: Files (iPhone / iPad) or Files by Google /
My Files (Android) → Downloads.
Unzip it, then open ORDER.html — the whole order in your browser, photos and
recording included. README-FOR-CECELAH.txt has the same thing as plain text.
You never need to open order.json.
One last step — your order isn't complete until you send this file
Send it to: the address in your Etsy order message
Copied — paste it into any email app.
Tap the address above. It opens a new email to me with
CECELAH order — already in the subject.
Attach the file you just downloaded, then send.
I'll reply to confirm it arrived, then start on your card.
Easier on a phone:
send it straight from this page — no hunting for the file in Downloads.
Choose your email app — the file is already attached.
How do I attach it to an email?
iPhone / iPad: open Mail → new message → tap in the body →
> or the attach icon → Attach File → Files → find the file.
Android: open Gmail → new message → paperclip →
Attach file → tap ☰ at the top left → Downloads → the .zip.
Android often opens the picker on Recent, where a .zip does not show up —
that menu is why it looks like the file is missing.
Computer: open your email in a browser → Attach → Downloads.
Keep a copy of the file until your card is delivered — it's your record of what you asked for.
Cecelah · your photos and recording are never uploaded to any server.
